Consultations are free and generally last between 1-2 hours. During your consultation, you can ask any question that will help you make a decision on what your next step will be, as well as determine, with the help of one of our experts, which solution will be the best for your type of hair loss.
C. Now that your consultation is complete, we will have enough information to move forward. Although most people make the immediate decision to go ahead with their hair loss solution, some will go home and think the whole process through first. It is important to do what feels most comfortable for you. We will be here every step of the way to guide you through, and you can continue to ask questions until you feel comfortable enough to move forward.
D. If you have made the decision to move forward, we will begin to process your hair system for you. We will first determine together your specific measurements, personalized colour, as well as the perfect length and texture for you. If you have pictures of your dream hair, now is the perfect time to share them with us, so that we can help you achieve your goal!
E. Once we have all the important information, we can schedule your installation appointment. It will take between 1-3 weeks to receive your completed hair system. Then, we are ready to move to the next step, installation of your hair system.
